SUNSHINE FLOWERS INTERNATIONAL CLAIM CREDIT POLICY
If you have a problem with your order, just let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
We wish to provide exceptional service.
Please inspect the product upon arrival at your facility.
Any quality problems, shortages, or wrong product must be reported to Sunshine Flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
In order to make a credit claim regarding any trouble with your product on date received, you (the customer) must send the following information via email to: glosunsunshine@gmail.com
Date of product received/picked up:
Invoice number:
Variety claimed (grade/length/color/variety name):
# of stems claimed:
Pictures (at least three images) showing damage of product
- close up of the product
- panoramic – larger view of the product (i.e. bunches)
- photograph of the box label
Very Important: if you’re claiming a whole box, provide pictures that evidence the quantity and the box label which contains the content and AWB of product.
Please provide photo of the bar code on bunch of roses.
The barcode is important so the farm can identify the damage to track the area affected.
Credit Claim Deadline:
Please notify Sunshine Flowers within 24 hours from receiving product.
Any claim request sent after this period of time, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Upon validation of the customer’s claim, a credit memo will be issued and sent to the customer via email.
